We have compiled some frequently asked questions and answers from years of experience serving our guests at the show. Chances are you’ll find the answer you’re looking for here, but if not, please feel free to send us your question.
Q: Can I buy tickets in person?
A: The box office at the I-X Center is open for ticket sales 1/2 hour before the show opens each day, and closes 1 hour before closing time. Cash and credit cards are accepted at both the East and North box offices.
Q: Are there wheelchairs available?
A: The I-X Center has manual wheelchairs available, however there are no electric scooters for rent. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis at no charge. A photo ID must be left with the attendant to secure return.
Q: Can I bring a jersey/ball/helmet to get autographed?
A: Unless otherwise noted, you may bring an item to be autographed – one autograph per person. All autograph sessions are scheduled at specific times and are first come first served. No guarantee of an autograph is given. Arrive early for the best opportunity!
