Q: Are there group discounts, coupons or promo codes?
A: Automotive class groups should visit our Career Day page to learn more about planning a field trip to the show. We do not utilize promo codes for the online ticketing service. The only discounts we offer are the senior and child prices above, and local dealers cover the parking fee!
Q: Will the representatives be trying to sell me a car?
A: Nope! The Cleveland Auto Show is a non-selling show. This means that no sales are allowed to be made on the floor, and no one will pressure you into buying anything. It’s a show for you, to compare and contrast all aspects of the vehicles in a pressure-free environment.
The product specialists at each manufacturer booth will be able to answer any questions you may have about the vehicles, and if you’d like, help direct you to your nearest local dealer.
Q: Do the manufacturers offer rebates at the show?
A: That varies by brand, so check with the reps at each display! Often a visit to the show is required, but we’ll update our incentives page with details as soon as we get them.
Q: My question wasn’t answered. How can I contact you?
A: During the Show, someone will be onsite to offer customer service, exhibitor credentials, and lost & found. The Show Office phone number is 216-265-7101. Until then, Auto Show Management can be reached by email at info@clevelandautoshow.com.
